About Me
My name is Cerys (pronounced Kerris!) and I'm an award-winning trainer and speaker for the children's activity industry. I specialise in helping providers get into schools and nurseries so they can grow their business with confidence and have a bigger impact on children's lives.
I'm honoured be described by many franchisors as the 'go to' expert for approaching schools and nurseries, having now worked with more than 30 of the best known franchised brands and hundreds of their franchisees through network training, group coaching, head office consultancy and guest speaking. This is in addtition to the thousands of individual providers I have worked with through my famous "Get Into Schools & Nurseries Challenge" and the hundreds who have now been through my signature programe, the Approaching Schools Academy.
My work is underpinned by my insider schools knowledge (former primary teacher), marketing expertise (former coach at a business school) and real-world tried and tested methods (former dance business owner & teaching agency manager). As such, I'm not a generalist - I specialise in a very specific strategy that continually gets great results.
